In therapy, you can expect to be met with compassion, gently challenged, and truly seen (perhaps much more quickly than you’re used to—which can be a relief but can also feel a bit exposing). This is ultimately your work, process, and timeline. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go at a pace that works for you.
